Gold Coast Marathon 2022

Since 2011, the Gold Coast Airport Marathon and the Kobe marathon have had a memorandum of understanding (MOU) designed to assist each other in the ongoing development of the respective events.

Kobe Marathon chairman Michiaki Yoshii and Gold Coast Marathon CEO Cameron Hart had the online official signing ceremony for new five years partnership memorandum in November.

This is the third time partnership and the signing ceremony was done on the web-meeting due to the pandemic of COVID-19 all over the world. The period of agreement will be until 2026.

The Gold Coast Marathon 2022 is scheduled for July 2-3. Every year, one male and one female excellent runner will be dispatched from the Kobe Marathon to the Gold Coast Marathon.
