Changes to athlete bibs

Due to changes to the course for the 2025 Games, the method for returning baggage will also change.
The baggage number written on the athlete's bib indicates the baggage track number at the starting point and the baggage return location at the finish line.
Those who selected "No baggage" at the time of entry will not have a baggage number printed on their athlete bibs.
