• Men may not select a woman’s T-shirt and women may not select a man’s T-shirt.
• Please note that women’s T-shirts are rather tight.
• If no T-shirt size is specified at application, both men and women will receive the M-size.
• Please note that circumstances may prevent some applicants getting the size they want.

Miscellaneous

(1)	Please note that the Registration Center or secretariat will not respond to telephone questions or inquiries about the status of an application or results of the drawing.
(2)	When applying via the Internet, the computer terminal, operating system, or browser used by the applicant may prevent the applicant from being able to file his or her application.
(3)	All applicants will be notified of the results of the drawing by email by June 30. However, please be aware that the organizers will not be able to reconfirm the drawing results if the notification fails to arrive or goes astray due to a problem with the email provided by the applicant. Also, the organizers will take no responsibility whatsoever for any accompanying loss where email reception settings or security software settings prevent an applicant from receiving an email notifying them of the results of the drawing etc.
(4)	Receipts for entry fees Payment via credit card Receipts will not be issued. Entrants are asked to substitute the credit card company's account or billing statement for an official receipt. Payment at convenience store Receipts will not be issued. Entrants are asked to substitute the receipt issued by the store for an official receipt. *On the English-language site, only credit cards can be used to pay for entries. Payment cannot be made through convenience stores. For details, please see the email sent to you following selection.
(5)	Entrants are expected to train sufficiently, receive a physical checkup, and otherwise be well prepared for the event.
(6)	The organizers will transport entrants' baggage from start to finish locations. Please note that road traffic conditions may delay arrival of baggage.
(7)	The passage of ambulances may impede the progress of runners. In such cases, no records adjustment can be made to compensate for the time lost.
(8)	The organizers may permit the commissioned sale of photographs and other approved products.
(9)	Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian for entering.
(10)	For event-related matters not covered above, please follow the instructions of the organizers.
(11)	These guidelines are for Kobe Marathon 2015.
